Hospitality Team Leader

Here at Middlesbrough Football Club, we are committed to delivering an outstanding matchday experience for supporters who visit the Riverside Stadium. Our Hospitality Team play a vital part in helping to create a warm, friendly environment.

THE ROLE:

• Set tables and ensure room is ready for the arrival of guests
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all glass and silver prior to service
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance and hygiene is kept to a high standard
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests service needs
• Take food and drink orders, ensuring a prompt and accurate service
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to the hospitality package
• Answer questions on menu selections
• Communicating additional meal requirements, allergens, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen and room managers
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages

Skills & Personal Qualities

• A friendly, professional and hardworking attitude/persona.
• You will be well presented in a clean and professional manner.
• You will have the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to work as an individual.
• You should be a well-organised individual with the ability to work well to time schedules.
• Over the age of 18 years old due to Licensing Laws.
