Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable HOSSTES to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth event execution and maintaining excellent communication with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to event coordination and client engagement, providing a positive experience for all attendees and stakeholders. The HOSSTES will play a vital role in creating memorable events through effective planning, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure timely setup, operation, and breakdown of events
• Manage on-site logistics, including overseeing event staff and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients throughout the event process
• Assist in the preparation of event materials and setup as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times during events

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours based on event schedules
• Prior experience in client communication and event management is highly desirable
