Host and Customer Assistant

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the customer service area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest services.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating effective phone etiquette when handling calls.
• Assist with food service duties as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer relations skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
