Responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant reservation management, ensuring accurate booking and timely updates for optimal guest flow.
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness of tables, and assisting with guest requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain organized host/hostess stations and ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout the service area.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering positive guest interactions at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, customer service, and overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information to guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, seating charts, and guest requests.
• Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlists, and billing support when needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $22.67 - $27.30 per hour
