What they need
The Host/Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests. This role involves greeting customers, managing seating or guest flow, and ensuring a positive, smooth experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to assigned tables or designated areas
- Communicate wait times accurately and courteously
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Answer guest questions regarding menus, services, or facilities
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php570.00 - Php600.00 per day
