Host - Beach Club

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests and provide accurate information on restaurant offerings, menus, events, and the overall Desa experience
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and waitlist while giving accurate wait time updates during peak hours
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach to ensure a positive experience
• Coordinate closely with the service team to optimize table turnover, maintain updated guest materials, and ensure smooth daily operations

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging, and guest-focused approach
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage guest flow in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, additional languages and international exposure are a plus
