Job Description

Boto Sushi is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House team as a Host / Busser.

We are seeking team players who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate!

Schedule

• Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday).
• Additional weekday evening shifts may be available.
• Part-time position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to at least 6 months of employment.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to help coworkers and take initiative.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating.
• Manage the waitlist and answer incoming phone calls.
• Assist with takeout and pickup orders.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Refill water and assist servers when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, entrance, and host station.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Work together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
