What they need
We need a friendly and organized Host to join our team. You are the first and last person our guests see. You will welcome visitors, manage seating, and set a warm tone for the dining room.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage the guest waitlist and seating chart accurately
- Answer phone calls, questions, and take reservations
- Escort guests to tables and hand out menus
- Keep the host station and waiting area clean
- Help team members clear or reset tables when busy
Requirements & Skills
- Great communication and phone skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Past customer service experience is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
