RESPONSIBILITIES 職責

• Greet guests and seat them at a table, making sure that the operations are running smoothly.
• Take guest reservation properly and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Answer guests’ enquiries whether in person, on the phone or through e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.
• 迎接賓客並帶領他們坐在預定的位置，及確保餐廳順利營運。
• 依照酒店標準妥善處理客人預訂事宜。
• 以友好和專業的方式親自、透過電話或電子郵件回答客人的詢問。

QUALIFICATIONS 資歷要求

• Minimum 1 years of Food & Beverage experience or in hotel industry is an advantage.
• Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• 一年或以上餐飲經驗，擁有酒店業經驗將會優先考慮。
• 良好的英語，廣東話及普通話會話與書寫能力。
