We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will manage restaurant reservations, greet guests with enthusiasm, and ensure smooth seating and guest flow. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest services to set a positive tone for their visit
• Manage restaurant reservation systems efficiently, ensuring accurate booking and seating arrangements
• Coordinate with the dining team to optimize table management and guest flow using restaurant table management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries while practicing proper phone etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, including menus, reservation logs, and waiting lists
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support food safety standards by handling guest interactions responsibly and maintaining a welcoming environment

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation management software and POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and billing procedures if needed
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and hospitality best practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
• Experience in guest relations or hospitality roles that emphasize positive guest interactions and service excellence
