- Welcome Guests: Greet customers warmly as soon as they walk into the restaurant.
- Manage Seating: Seat guests at their tables and distribute the workload evenly among the waitstaff.
- Handle Reservations: Take reservations over the phone or online and manage the waiting list during busy hours.
- Provide Information: Hand out menus, introduce daily specials, and answer basic questions about the restaurant.
- Team Teamwork: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
