The Red Room CLT, an upscale gentlemen’s club and nightlife establishment, is currently hiring an experienced Front Door Host.

We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced adult nightlife environment.

PAY
$15/hour + Tips

SCHEDULE
Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Friday – Sunday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous nightclub, gentlemen’s club, lounge, hospitality, or front-door experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a gentlemen’s club/adult entertainment environment
• Must be available for late-night shifts and weekends
• Professional appearance and attitude required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and provide a professional first impression
• Check IDs and assist with entry procedures
• Manage guest lines and front-door traffic
• Communicate dress code and venue policies
• Work closely with security and management
• Assist with guest questions, reservations, and VIP arrivals
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-door environment throughout the night The Red Room CLT
