We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to be the welcoming face of our establishment! As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining or hospitality experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a genuine smile and positive attitude, making them feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assisting with reservations or inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to ensure a smooth flow of guest traffic
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to optimize seating efficiency and reduce wait times
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience
• Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or hospitality environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in restaurant operations, serving, or hotel guest services is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
