Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Assist with guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area, including menus and waiting lists.
• Utilize POS systems, such asToastPOS, for managing reservations and orders.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Experience

• Previous experience as a host/host or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Background in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with hospitality practices, guest services, and serving techniques is an asset.
