We are looking for a friendly, organized Host to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Seat guests efficiently and manage the flow of the dining room
- Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries
- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
Requirements:
- Previous host/hostess experience preferred
- OpenTable knowledge required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
