About the Role:

The Host is the first impression guests have of Lila's. You'll manage the flow of seating, create a warm welcome, answer guest questions, and set the tone for their dining experience. You're organized, friendly, and genuinely enjoy helping people feel welcome.

Anticipated Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
• Manage the seating chart and flow of dining room
• Alert managers to any potential issue with seating delays before they become problems
• Provide accurate wait time estimates
• Seat guests and deliver menus with hospitality
• Answer questions about Lila's, menu, and policies
• Work with managers and servers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage phone calls and reservations
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand
• Help reset tables to prepare for next guest
• Support servers and other FOH team members
