Overview
We are seeking friendly, professional Waitstaff/Hostess to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service environments. Prior experience with restaurant POS systems such as TOAST. This position offers an opportunity to develop guest relations skills and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like TOAST
• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host/guest areas
• Assist in setting up tables and preparing the dining area before service
• Process payments accurately and handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold high standards of guest relations, hospitality, and service quality

Experience

• Prior Host/Hostess experience preferred, especially within food service or restaurant settings
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with hotel guest services, serving, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles will be beneficial for success in this position
