We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team at Uncle Carlo’s.

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will greet customers, assign seating, and ensure that the restaurants operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a family-friendly setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.

• address customer inquiries.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

• Assist with any special requests or customer concerns in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining environment.

• Handle guest complaints or issues with care and escalate to management as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.87 per hour
