Host

Tonno Nero is seeking warm, polished, and engaging Hosts to join our opening team. The Host is the first and last impression of the restaurant and must create an immediate sense of genuine hospitality.

We are looking for candidates with an amazing personality, professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to make every guest feel recognized and welcomed.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and polished luxury language

Manage arrivals, wait times, seating, and special requests

Communicate clearly with guests, management, and the service team

Maintain an organized, elegant, and welcoming entrance

Recognize returning guests and support personalized service

Answer telephone calls professionally and accurately

Remain composed and gracious during high-volume dinner service

Support Forbes-style service standards and Tonno Nero’s culture of genuine care

Qualifications

Previous upscale or fine-dining hospitality experience preferred

Warm, outgoing, and naturally hospitable personality

Professional appearance and polished communication

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to learn luxury service standards

Experience with reservation systems is helpful
