Position Summary

Odd Duck is looking for a welcoming and organized Host to be the first point of contact for guests. The Host will greet customers, manage seating, coordinate with the service team, and help create a smooth and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with servers and management to manage table flow
• Answer basic guest questions and assist with requests
• Maintain a clean and organized host area
• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout a shift

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
