Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to be the welcoming face of our establishment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining or service experience. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage guest flow will ensure each visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy and Toast.
• Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services, wait times, or reservations.
• Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their overall experience.
• Keep the host station organized, clean, and well-stocked to support daily operations.
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

Experience

• Previous host/host experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Resy, Toast, or Open Table is advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving roles enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices is highly valued.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
