Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists with efficiency and professionalism
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with clear communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Maintain organized waitlists and reservation logs to ensure smooth flow during busy hours
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and restaurant policies

Experience

• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and guest counts accurately
• Experience in hospitality or food service environments that emphasize guest relations and service excellence is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper restaurant procedures will support your success in this role
