Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.

Duties

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly

• Answer phone calls

-Process take out orders, and payment.

• Assist in maintaining a tidy dining area

• Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions

• Manage waitlists and communicate wait times to guests

• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations preferred but not required

• Ability to effectively communicate and assist guests

• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

• Strong phone etiquette skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
