The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will assist in managing guest relations and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
