We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure smooth flow of service in a lively and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with clear communication and proper phone etiquette, including taking reservations and answering questions
• Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times accurately to guests
• Assist with guest services by addressing special requests or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with servers and management to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
• Basic math skills for handling reservations, seating counts, and billing procedures
• Organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices is a plus
