We're looking for friendly, organized Hosts to become the first impression of our new full-service brewery restaurant in Lancaster City. If you enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

· Welcome every guest with a genuine, friendly attitude.

· Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently.

· Coordinate table seating to maximize service flow.

· Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.

· Support managers and servers during busy periods.

· Maintain a clean and organized host stand.

What We're Looking For

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

· $10.00/hour plus tips
