EMei Restaurant is seeking another friendly and experienced host to greet and welcome our guests. As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Free staff meals provided during working hours.

Hourly Pay: from $14 to $16

Job Description:

EMei Restaurant is seeking a friendly and experienced host to greet and welcome our guests. As a host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant. Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations through OpenTable software
• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
• Answer guest inquiries and provide general information about the restaurant
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure optimal service

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar host position is preferred
• Familiarity with OpenTable software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
