What they need
Job Summary
We are looking for Hosts to join our team at The London Tea Room's new location in the Central West End of St. Louis.
Our Service runs from 10:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
What you’ll do
- Greet guests
- Manage reservations efficiently using our reservation software
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods while providing timely updates to guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area.
- Uphold phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and assisting with inquiries or reservations.
- Support special events or promotions by coordinating seating arrangements and guest flow.
Experience
- Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
