JOB SUMMARY: To ensure a welcoming guest experience by greeting patrons by name if members or frequent guests, assisting with enrolling in pickleball and golf play on Podplay, processing payments of pro shop purchases, answering any and all questions or directing them to someone who can answer the question, answering phone and email inquiries, and maintaining a clean area throughout the facility, inside and out.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply the company’s vision and standards to every facet of responsibilities to support the overall success & growth of the company.
• Greet guests warmly (ideally by name) and direct them to area of the facility they are interested in. Answer all questions or direct them to someone who can answer the question.
• Enroll walk in clients interested in pickleball and golf play on Podplay. Answer phone calls and email inquiries.
• Take accurate orders, including any special needs, and enter them into the proper Point of Sale systems. Prepare bills, accurately, process payments (cash, credit cards), and handle transactions correctly.
• Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth service and accurate order fulfillment. Have a detailed knowledge of the food and drink menus and any specials being offered.
• Displays and encourages high morale and motivation on the job.
• Keeps the facility clean and in “Like New” working order. Complies with all safety rules and regulations. Reports any equipment issues and reports accidents in accordance with company procedures.
• Escort guests to their proper golf bay and pickleball court in a timely manner.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
