Your Role:

As a host, you'll set the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Managing Reservations: Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
• Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
• Menu Knowledge: Provide information about our offerings and specials.
• Assisting with Waitlists: Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired.
• Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service.
• Team Player: Work well with servers, bussers, and other staff.
• Attention to Detail: Handle reservations and seating accurately.

• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with reservation systems and technology.

Physical Requirements:

• On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
• Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
