KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, providing a positive and memorable first impression.

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating using the designated reservation system.

• Communicate effectively with guests regarding reservation confirmations, special requests, dietary requirements, and event details

• Liaise with the Events & Sales team to coordinate private dining, group bookings, and special events.

• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation logs, ensuring data privacy and compliance.

• Monitor guest flow and coordinate with the service team to optimize table occupancy and minimize wait.

• Ensure the reception area is always immaculate, organized, and welcoming.

• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally, escalating as Necessary

• Assist with daily reports on reservations, occupancy, and guest feedback as required.

• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Reception & Reservation Manager, General Manager, or management team

SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

• Good knowledge of reservation and guest management systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting luxury brand standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and guest service orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation/CRM software

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a reception, hostess, or guest services role in a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism

• Reliable timekeeping and punctuality.

Desirable:

• Experience with OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms, or similar reservation systems

• Experience handling VIP guests and high-profile events
