Opened in 1999 Peasant quickly became a mainstay in Nolita and beyond. Chef Marc Forgione continues the Peasant tradition of wood fire cooking with rustic Italian cooking. We seek a hospitality driven Host who is interested in working in a collaborative team environment. We are looking for someone to join our team who has a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to continue to learn and grow.
