Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Communicate wait times to guests and keep them informed throughout their visit.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for managing guest flow and reservations.
• Uphold high standards of food service and hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
