Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression as a professional Host
• Manage guest wait lists, reservations, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and communicate wait times accurately
• Maintain organization and flow within the dining room during busy service periods
• Support servers and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Keep the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas clean and organized
• Answer phones, assist with guest questions, and provide menu information when needed
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Host, hostess, or customer service representative preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
