Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests.
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Ensures all menus are stocked and properly cleaned and maintained.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism
• Operate POS system to assist guest with all transactions

Qualifications

• Previous Cashier/Host experience in a restaurant and/or Retail is preferred.
• Customer service and people skills is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Provides a welcoming experience to each and every Guest. Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Guest focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
