We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to be the welcoming face of our establishment! As a Host, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive. Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel immediately welcomed
• Manage reservation systems using Aloha POS or Micros POS to organize seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, offering recommendations when appropriate
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, handling reservation requests or general questions
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating flow and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a tidy appearance at all times
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to uphold excellent guest relations

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality, hotel, or guest services settings is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience in serving or food service roles can enhance your ability to connect with guests
