Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing them with information about our vehicles and services. You will ensure that guests feel valued and help foster long-lasting relationships between our brand and the community.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and provide them with an overview of our services
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have all necessary information
• Maintain an organized and inviting reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow efficiently
• Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or hospitality sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage
