Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our club. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Communicate effectively with the dining staff to coordinate seating and service
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the club’s amenities and services
• Assist with maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy periods
• Uphold the club’s standards of professionalism and hospitality

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service

Requirements:

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Experience with reservation and point-of-sale systems preferred
