We're a one of a kind creative destination in Edgewater, Miami, where music, hospitality, and culture collide. Our rooftop restaurant is the heartbeat of the building, and we're looking for a Host who can match that energy from the moment a guest steps off the elevator.

Why This Role Matters
You are the opening track. The first hello, the first smile, the first impression. A great Host doesn't just seat tables, they set the vibe for the whole night. You'll be the conductor of our front door, reading the room, pacing the floor, and making sure every guest, from first timers to recording artists to regulars, feels like they just walked into the best spot in Miami. Because they did.

What Your Night Looks Like

• Welcoming every guest like they're the headliner, with warmth, confidence, and a little Miami magic
• Owning the reservation book, walk ins, and waitlist like a pro
• Seating guests strategically so servers stay balanced and the kitchen stays in rhythm
• Reading the room and knowing when a table wants the lively corner or the quiet spot with a view
• Answering phones and guest questions about the menu, events, late night service, and everything FEEL
• Keeping guests in the loop on wait times with honesty and charm
• Working hand in hand with servers, runners, bartenders, and management to keep the night flowing
• Rolling out the red carpet for VIPs, artists, studio clients, and private events, always with discretion
• Keeping the host stand, entrance, and menus spotless and ready for showtime
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you when things get busy, because we win together

You Might Be a Perfect Fit If You...

• Have at least 1 year of host experience in a high volume or upscale restaurant (preferred, but we love great personalities with the right attitude too)
• Light up a room and genuinely love making people feel welcome
• Stay cool, calm, and collected when there's a line at the door and a full book
• Can juggle a ringing phone, a party of eight, and a waitlist without breaking a sweat
• Are super organized and notice the little details others miss
• Know your way around OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, or similar (a plus)
• Speak English and Spanish (a big plus in the 305)
• Are available evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights, because that's when the magic happens
• Bring a polished, professional presence and real passion for hospitality
• Love music, culture, food, or all of the above

The Details
Job Type: Full time / Part time
