What You’ll Do

• Warmly welcome members and guests as they arrive.
• Create a friendly, polished, and inviting first impression.
• Manage seating and reservations while maintaining an efficient flow of service.
• Answer questions and assist members with their dining experience.
• Communicate closely with servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
• Anticipate member needs and help ensure every guest feels valued.
• Represent The Heritage Club with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

• Reliable, attentive, and able to stay composed during busy periods.
• Previous restaurant, club, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
