We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly
• Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining excellent guest relations
• Help with table turn over, setting up tables
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist guests with seating, menu questions, and special requests to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
• Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction
• Taking takeout orders and giving out take out orders

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
