If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being at the center of a busy environment, this could be a great opportunity.

As a Host, you’ll be one of the first people guests interact with. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, keep arrivals and seating organized, answer questions, and work closely with the wider team to keep the experience running smoothly.

It’s a role with plenty of interaction and variety, making it a good fit for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, and enjoys being part of a team.

Day to Day

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Manage guest arrivals and help coordinate seating
• Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, services, and availability
• Manage reservations, bookings, and guest requests accurately
• Communicate with servers, managers, and other team members throughout the shift
• Keep track of table availability and guest flow
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information
• Keep the entrance and front-of-house area clean and organized
• Assist guests with routine requests and questions
• Help manage busy periods by keeping arrivals and seating organized
• Support opening and closing duties
• Assist the wider team with routine front-of-house tasks when needed

What’s Important

You’ll need good communication skills, a welcoming and professional approach, and the ability to stay organized while managing several guest requests.

Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, reception, or similar experience is helpful, although training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

We’re looking for someone who can communicate confidently, remain attentive during busy periods, follow established procedures, and work reliably both independently and as part of a team.

8:30am–5:00pm
Full-time, permanent
