In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth flow of service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest relations to foster a positive first impression
• Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, assist with reservation inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly
• Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests
• Support food safety protocols by ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health standards in the host area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest flow and timely seating

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and etiquette
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests efficiently
• Understanding of food safety standards and hospitality best practices to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
