Based in Fayetteville, this is a lively, people-facing position for someone who enjoys conversation, variety and working with a team. You will meet people from different backgrounds throughout the day, so a friendly manner, clear communication and the ability to adapt will be important.

What you will be doing

• Welcome visitors and acknowledge each arrival promptly.
• Confirm bookings, appointments or scheduled visits.
• Answer general questions and provide clear directions.
• Notify the appropriate team member when someone arrives.
• Manage waiting areas and keep people updated during busy periods.
• Answer incoming calls and record accurate messages.
• Share schedule changes with colleagues across the location.
• Keep the welcome area organized and ready for visitors.
