What they need
We are looking for a friendly and organized Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and enjoys providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently.
- Maintain the waiting list and communicate wait times clearly.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer phones and assist with basic guest inquiries.
- Keep the front entrance and host area clean and organized.
- Assist staff as needed during busy periods.
