Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and orders.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience in hospitality settings is a plus.
• Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when taking reservations or answering inquiries.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 - $18.00 per hour
