Zaza Grill & Kebab is looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

* Manage reservations and organize seating arrangements.

* Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

* Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.

* Manage the waitlist during busy hours.

* Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host station.

* Communicate effectively with servers and management.

* Prepare, package, and double-check to-go orders for accuracy.

* Assist customers and delivery drivers with takeout orders.

* Ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements:

* Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

* Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
