The Brand Host is the first point of contact for customers visiting the brand. The role is to deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere while representing the brand’s identity, values and standards at all times.

The Brand Host will manage the customer welcome, support the smooth running of the customer journey, build meaningful relationships with clients and work closely with the brand team to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Manage customer flow, queues and appointments.
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales associate
• Represent the brand to the highest luxury standards.
• Support VIP visits and deliver personalised service.
• Maintain an immaculate and welcoming brand environment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless customer journey

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or premium customer service.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident manner.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury service and customer experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.

Package:

• Salary up to £27,000 - £29,000
• Internal progression and growth
