We are looking for a warm, confident and well-organized Host to create a welcoming experience for visitors from the moment they arrive. You will be the person people approach for information, directions and support, helping each day run smoothly while representing the organization in a friendly and professional way.

Paid training is provided, and previous hosting experience is not required.

What you’ll handle

• Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression
• Support check-in and registration procedures
• Confirm appointments, guest lists or scheduled activities
• Answer questions and provide accurate information
• Direct visitors to the correct area or team member
• Monitor entrances, waiting areas and general guest flow
• Communicate visitor requests to colleagues and managers
• Prepare welcome materials, badges or information packs
• Keep reception and guest areas organized and presentable
• Provide additional visitor support during meetings, group visits and occasional events

Spanish-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish applicants are welcome where those language skills can support visitor communication. Bilingual ability is not required.
