Position Overview

We’re seeking a Host/Hostess with a passion for hospitality and a love for connecting with people. The ideal candidate will set the tone for each guest’s experience — offering a warm welcome, managing reservations and seating efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication between the front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and phone inquiries accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entryway
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless service flow
• Assist with large parties and private dining coordination as needed
• Provide an exceptional first and last impression to every guest

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (fine dining experience a plus)
• Friendly, professional demeanor and polished communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and time management skills
• Weekend and evening availability required
